I have one of these but the battery is starting to swell and doesn't hold much of a charge. Anyone know if there are battery replacements for it? What this device is good for is connecting it to a Captive WiFi portal like at business, then it can repeat the signal as its own access point. This would allow you to connect devices that don't have a computer screen attached to use that bandwidth. Think something like a streaming video camera that can't log into a Captive Acdess Point.

Still sounding great in 2024. Got mine since 2017 and have been using it daily as my TV speakers.

Watching this review in December 2022 - just recently picked up these speakers for $80 and really enjoy them! They sound light-years ahead of what my previous sounded like (which coincidentally,was also a Logitech setup) and have been very happy with them.

thanks for the review. i realize this is a really really old review, but i wish you had also connected the monitors. I have one of these old docks and my computer won't recognize the dock, nor the monitor. The dock is plugged into the computer and the monitor goes from the dock to the monitor...but i get nothing. I'm wondering if i have to first install the driver? It seems it's not plug-n-play.

I was surprised how many manufacturers/sellers were unable to provide the length measurement of their aux cables for their speakers. Six feet is probably enough to ensure that I should never need to compromise my desktop layout or buy an extension in future. Better yet the cable is removable at both ends meaning it may come in useful when I no longer need the speakers. Thank you for making my purchasing decision easy 8 years later.
